a quick saute of red onion, broccoli, artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, finished   with sheep's milk feta, and toasted pine nuts.

Fresh Chiffonade of Kale
fine ribbon cut kale leaves, massaged with lemon juice, and tossed with minced garlic, basil, hemp seeds, candied pepitas, sesame-tahini vinaigrette and cucumbers

Scott's Skillet Steamed Mussels
fresh Casco Bay mussels, steamed with roasted garlic, dijon, basil, and a touch of cream.

Fresh Yellowfin Tuna Ceviche on Crispy Wonton
diced tuna tossed with avocado, tomato, lime, cilantro, sugar cured jalapeno.  Finished with wasabi aioli and tamari caramel.

Bandaloop "Egg Rolls"
filled with red onions, walnuts, gorgonzola, and spinach with sweet and sour port wine-balsamic reduction


Maine Sharp Cheddar Quesadilla
salsa fresca, herbed sour cream, sugar cured jalapenos
